Kayla Barclay Hall is a Public Relations Consultant in the Washington, D.C. area. She graduated from Utah State with a degree in Public Relations and Business Communications, and received her master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations from George Washington University. Hall was Miss Utah America 2008, where she spent the year as a spokesperson for Netzsmarts, an Internet and cell phone safety program. Hall even visited DC during her tenure to lobby for an internet safety bill. Following her completion of Miss Utah, Kayla was able to give humanitarian service for 2 months in Peru.
Kayla is currently on the board of the Utah State University’s Institute of Government and Politics. Kayla and her husband Tyson Hall, a consultant at Deloitte Consulting, are parents of two wonderful children and love spending time biking, playing sports, and visiting the beach.

Jump Start Your Speaking Career Today – I wanted to start my own public speaking business, so I cod this course, which was taught one night a week for two semesters, each class lasting three hours. After the course, I established Kayla Enterprises, LLC in Utah and did both pageant consulting and public speaking for two years.
